Frank Bouchard, CQM
Frank has over 30 years of corporate experience specializing in operations and quality management. He was Vice President of Operations for a manufacturing firm prior to opening his own consulting and training company in 1997.
Frank has been a certified trainer for Eastman Kodak and an adjunct professor at State University of New York at Brockport (Operations Management) and Genesee Community College (Manufacturing Processes).
Frank has a BS in Human Resources Management and has expertise in the areas of management system development, continuous improvement projects, design of training programs, and quality control.
Frank has experience with service industries, non-profit organizations, real estate, educational institutions, distribution, and manufacturing. He is skilled in leading companies in applying for the Baldrige Award and state quality awards. He has served as president of Rochester Professional Consultants Network and is a member of the Board of Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America.
Frank is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and is registered with the Registrar Accreditation Board as a Quality Systems Auditor.
